Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Request Deadline: All return/exchange and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Late Requests: No processing for requests made after 7 days of delivery.

2. Packaging and Shipping

  • While we take great care in packaging, international shipping may cause outer box damage. Such issues result from carrier handling and are beyond our control.

3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, email our customer service with:

 

  • Order number
  • Screenshot of items you should have received (if applicable)
  • Unboxing video
  • Images of damaged items
    Note: For Blind Box integrity, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Returns for change of mind or unmet Blind Box expectations are not accepted.

4. Return Eligibility

  • Accepted Reasons: Only defects or damages qualify for returns.
  • Process: After assessing provided photos, we will replace the item (if available) or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
  • Security Note: Please contact us using the email associated with your order.
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery
    • Unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging
    • Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

5. Return Shipping Fees

We only cover return shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Pre-Submission: Contact us at contact@toyapex.com first; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Required Information:
    • Order details
    • Unboxing video
    • Order number
    • Photos of damaged packaging/products
    • Live stream order screenshot (if applicable)
    • Details of missing items
  • Next Steps:
    • We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions and address.
    • Include the tracking number and write your order number + full name on the package.

7. Damage Handling

  • Live Stream Unboxed Orders:
    • Minor damages (loose parts, repairable with glue) receive no compensation.
    • Severe damages require an unboxing video for assessment; compensation may be partial due to carrier-related issues.
  • Sealed Blind Box Orders:
    • Packaging is reinforced, but we cannot open Blind Boxes to protect internal figures. No compensation for shipping damages.
  • Disclaimer:
    • Most figurines are limited edition, hand-painted, or handmade. Minor imperfections are normal and not considered defects. Toyapex is not fully responsible for such issues.

8. Undelivered Packages

  • Incorrect Address: No refunds or reships for undeliverable packages due to customer-provided errors.
  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
    • Check delivery locations (doorstep, mailbox, neighbors, etc.) first.
    • If missing over 24 hours, contact your carrier with the tracking code, submit a Missing Mail Search Request, or ask your post office for GPS delivery coordinates.

9. Refunds for Undelivered Packages

  • Contact Toyapex customer service with proof of non-delivery (e.g., carrier confirmation email). This documentation is required for refunds or reships.
  • No after-sales service for stolen/damaged packages once delivered to the order address.

10. Refund Processing

  • We will notify you after inspecting your return and approve refunds accordingly.
  • Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Timing may vary by provider—contact your bank for details.

11. Order Changes/Cancellations

  • Modify or cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. Shipped orders cannot be altered or canceled.
